At the bolded. None of that means Lebron is a better scorer
- PPG average is too varied. from Basketballreference.com, KD averages 27.1 ppg for a career. Lebron averages 27.2. Not much of a difference
- Lebron scoring 11,000 more points has more to do with him being drafted in 2003, Durant being drafted in 2007. That's a 4 year difference. KD's career isn't even close to over yet. Plus Lebron never had to share the ball with another star/superstar in his career aside from the 4 years he played with Wade. KD played with Harden and Westbrook, and now Steph Curry and Klay Thompson a bulk of his career up to this point
- Lebron averages a better fg%. Lebron drives the ball more and has more in the paint points. No surprise there. DeAndre Jordan has a high fg% as well
- Averaging more assists has nothing to do with being a better scorer

. If that was the case, then Mark Jackson and Jason Kidd are all time great scorers
- Lebron scoring more points this season has already been discussed. He's focusing solely on offense this season and neglecting his defense. Which is obvious, cause all of his defensive stats this season are in the bottom 300
