Lol you clearly dont know the history of this injury and kd is on the wrong side of 30. He has players option so Warriors are in no hurry They'll just tell him to pick it up or deuces. Any other teams GM would have to be suicidal to give 35% of the cap to a guy who will miss next year and coming off an achilles at 31

He will get the supermax, if not because GSW FO is smart enough to give it to him off rip (it is) then because other teams definitely will offer the shyt, and they won't want to lose him. Also from a PR standpoint, GSW would never recover from letting KD walk because they didn't want to give him his full bag after the world watched him give his body for the team.

Uh, I do know the history and I do know KD's market. Hes getting maximum salary. The GM was literally crying at the podium for him and he's the one that offers the contract to begin with. Teams will be lining up to pay him the max.

Im not arguing with trolls anymore
Crocodile tears he knows hes gonna have to make business decisions and just screwed KD out of millions. He aint giving KD nothing but that players option or another 1 and 1

Breh the NBA is a business no GM is giving away 35% of the cap for the next 4 to 5 years to a 31 year old coming off a injury with a 95% bust rate

People calling him stupid for playing is way off base in my opinion. He did it for his teammates. Because he’s a competitor. And you can see that he has love for the game. I think that he wouldn’t have been able to live it down if he knew could’ve gave something but made the option to sit out the series.

Many would’ve taken the easy way out, “the safe way out” but instead he left it all out there on the court and people see and respect that. I think it was a brave move considering the options he had in the coming free agency. It shows his character and the fact that he’s a team player. Can’t help but respect that.

Yall always expose yourselves as dorks who never played sports....no one said KD made the smart move at the end of the day he made a competitive move and went out there to prove himself and to help his teammates. He made a BASKETBALL decision to go out there. Anybody who played sports growing up knows about deciding whether to play hurt or not whether the injury is minor or major. It was a big game and KD gave it a go TO WIN>

All I know is MJ or Kobe would've done the same shyt. So shout out to the man, and I hope he still gets the bag this summer and if he does his shoe deal is pretty big :salute:

KD did that for his boys man. People who've played organized sports and make the playoffs know how you want to be out there playing with your homies once it's do or die. shyt was stupid but admirable.

He has a shady cac agent who sees him as a bag and cares nothing about him or his legacy. He should have never signed with the Warriors to begin with.
KD agent told him not to sign with he Warriors. He was recommended to him by Wale.

Im pretty sure it was draymon and klay pushing kd to play. Notice it was steph and steve walking KD to the lockeroom and i bet kerr feels like shyt. He talked about not playing klay and how he would feel awful if he got hurt meanwhile he lets KD play. Awful
