cornballs in here acting like kd putting his health and career at risk to prove gs needs him and then getting hurt even worse was some boss shyt :mjlol:

feeling bad for him cause the worst case scenario happened doesn't erase the bytchmade circumstances of how he went to gs.

if anything it proves that gs didn't really value him and played him like a fukking fool. literally!

Im pretty sure it was draymon and klay pushing kd to play. Notice it was steph and steve walking KD to the lockeroom and i bet kerr feels like shyt. He talked about not playing klay and how he would feel awful if he got hurt meanwhile he lets KD play. Awful
they series was tied 1-1 when he decided to sit Klay

He prolly felt the pressure now that it was 3-1.

Lol no hes not warriors have winning to do they wanna resign klay and we saw what the rest of their roster looks like without durant. He will pick up the option and get a sympathy 2 year 50 mill after that from someone. No team is giving a 31 year old coming off Achilles thd bag.

They will do it. Resigning Klay has nothing to do with KD. They can give Draymond, Klay and KD max contracts. They are hamstrung by rewarding the core players, but thats how they have constructed the team. Even if KD leaves, that money does nothing for the Warriors. They resign Klay and they are already over the cap. They can't load the roster before signing Klay because of his cap hold. So the situation remains the same as before. Either they move forward with no KD, and add min. contacts and the MLE, or they keep KD, and add min contracts and the MLE.

People calling him stupid for playing is way off base in my opinion. He did it for his teammates. Because he’s a competitor. And you can see that he has love for the game. I think that he wouldn’t have been able to live it down if he knew could’ve gave something but made the option to sit out the series.

Many would’ve taken the easy way out, “the safe way out” but instead he left it all out there on the court and people see and respect that. I think it was a brave move considering the options he had in the coming free agency. It shows his character and the fact that he’s a team player. Can’t help but respect that.
No, you're the one who's off base and all of you in here pretending to give him props are fake as fukk. This is why it's important to be strong minded as black people because constantly being in a white supremacist society will inevitably have you perpetuating their bullshyt unless you're wise enough to question everything. Y'all in here parroting these bullshyt ass cracker talking points without even realizing it.

The organization including his teammates showed that they don't give a fukk about KD and hiding from messages I've seen attributed to KD he still doesn't get it. It's not about being a damn "warrior", this is just basketball. If wasn't right then he shouldn't have been out there. He's only been playing with these guys for 3 years. He didn't owe them the future of his career. If they were really his "brothers" then they wouldn't have let him play even if he wanted to. Instead they all played a part in pressuring him to play, sacrificing himself for a ring.

If they were really his brothers they would've told him "chill KD we got this win or lose. Go heal yourself resign and get ready for the next dynasty run." That's what real brothers would've did. You see them acting all concerned now but I think that's just guilt. They weren't convinced he was coming back and wanted to squeeze this title out of him i they could.

KD’s story is kinda tragic. I know he’s got love for Steph and some of the other guys but I think he’s gonna grow to resent the Warriors. I don’t think the organization and players would have treated Steph or Klay the way they treated him throughout this process.

same nikkas callin this move dumb was gon be the same nikkas callin him a bytch if he didnt play i promise u
Exactly breh. The same nikkas concern trolling right now would be the same ones calling KD a coward and saying he let his team down and was only concerned about himself if he didn't play last night and they inevitably lost the series 4-1 last night.

That would have been the narrative not only in these KD haters minds but in the media as well. I guarantee you they already had that "KD quit on his team" story fired up if KD didn't go out there. Now they calling him stupid to have risked his career for an org that doesn't care about him because he did.

Fake ass nikkas can't even stand in their own hatred of that man, gotta make up acceptable reasons to hate on him no matter what choice he takes, instead of just saying "fukk KD" like they want to, and keeping it moving.

They have treated Steph and Klay that way

The only difference is that they didn't get hurt when they came back out there. Durant did.
