Those boys love each other. And I know for a fact GP was talking super crazy, KD had no choice but to rebuttal to save face.

That's a younger god going back and forth with a older God. Nothing wrong with it. Love to see it.

Good to appreciate both of these dudes. They never shortchange you on the effort on court. 2 legends. Even Scott Foster had to smile at it and he always into some mess.

KD one of the only ones who got that heart to go back and forth with it. And not getting flustered or affected on court. Super focused and composed.

GP would make him work but he would be BBQ chicken cause KD would just rise up over him

I saw GP earlier today at the Rickey Henderson memorial. He even trash talked Rickey’s b-ball skills, in a very lighthearted way.

He may not have ever been a player of KD’s caliber, but his shyt talking was HOF level. He would’ve had KD crying in his heyday.

Not to mention guys play less minutes and roleplayers are a lot more offensively skilled so it makes his point moot

Underrated point.

Going from Andre Roberson to Grayson Allen is wild. The ppg from that role literally doubles if not triples with that personnel change. Tony Allen (just leave the mfer open) to Lu Dort is night and day spacing.

The caveat tho… every team naturally gains modern/improved role players. So while the opps gotta deal with you having better options on a kick out… you gotta deal with them having better options too lol
