That's all perfectly reasonable, and I basically agree with you. I believe Poochie murdered Biggie and he may have very well had assistance in pulling it off besides Suge and Teresa Swann. It's the idea that crooked cops, or the CIA, or The Illuminati, or aliens, or Puffy, or whatever crackpot theory of the day people pull out of thin air having a hand in it that I can't go along with.

Lying is probably too strong of a word. I don't think BG ever intentionally misled anyone. But he gets alot of shyt twisted and details of events wrong, which is understandable given how long ago these things happened and him being in jail and prison for large parts of it.

Calling him a liar means he's purposely distorting the truth to fool people. He isn't profitting off any of these stories and he doesn't gain anything from telling things from his viewpoint, so what would be the purpose? He comes off as pretty sincere from what I can gather.
