This doesn’t make any logical sense. He had no incentive to lie, that is the whole point. If he said anything that was untrue the agreement was getting ripped up. This dude literally gave a play by play breakdown of what happened and coincides with what we know to be true and people just refuse to believe it.
Problem is I don't think he can provide any evidence beyond his testimony. Puffy never gave him the money since Von Zip kept it. And now that Von Zip is dead it be hard to proove it.
I feel you,it is far fetched, but anything Keefe D would have to offer could act as supplementary evidence to bolster the prosecution's case, it would at least put him in a better position that pleading 'not guilty' and risking trial.

Who refuses to believe it? I believe everything he said, I’m just saying what I believe that they’re going to do to try and get out of it. I think the fact he green lit a book that implicated him in the murder and went on a multi platform press run implicating himself in the murder proves he is indeed stupid beyond comprehension.
