This Vlad motherfukker is the worst, parasite in every aspect.

As a blood sucking leech/square, the least he could do would be to do some research, understand your subject matter at hand. Some of the great journalists are straighty 180 to the core, but their redeeming quality is that they meticulously prepare.

Vlad just plods along, no understanding of culture, no insight, just re hashes half assed sentences to chime in with when he feels like he has something half boiled. Its disgusting.

Can't build a case if nobody is willing to talk. Dozens of people knew who killed Pac when it happened. Very few spoke up. Kadafi possibly may have been willing to give a more in depth police interview, but he got killed a few weeks later.

:yeshrug:

Kading and the Feds were building a case against Keefe but he couldn't get Zip to flip, and the task force was disbanded before they could go at Terrence Brown, which was the next target since they already had Keefe.

But as far as the initial investigation, nobody spoke up and Vegas dropped the ball not communicating with Compton PD. Half-assed investigation coupled with lack of evidence = Baby Lane got away with murder.

:mjcry:
Damn Baby Lane pretty much got away with two murders in 96, but I think had he been alive he would have been apprehended.

Where'd you hear about the details of how they found Orlando after he got shot? Was it in their book?

I always wanted to read it, but I'm not trying to put money in the pockets of crooked Compton cops.

Pac's life and death and the events surrounding it really are The Butterfly Effect exemplified. Had one minor thing gone differently in so many different circumstances, he'd most likely have never been killed by Baby Lane. And I'm talking going way back before he even joined Death Row.

From them groupies shouting him out in the caravan which is what allowed Keefe D to spot them, to him rushing Lane in the first place, cops not nabbing Orlando before he got killed or had the chance to kill Pac. So many woulda, coulda, shouldas in this saga. It's partly ehy I'm so fascinated with the whole ordeal. Pac's life and death really is one of the most interesting tales I've ever read and learned about. And the fact that it was real life and not fiction just makes it that much more intriguing.

Indeed there's so many "what if's?" surrounding Pac, shyt is so painful to muse about because so many of the outcomes would have come out differently, possibly on the brighter side, like what if Pac went to Atlanta to sort out the family problem.
