I actually prefers that he chops it down to smaller clips cause it lets me watch the interesting ones when a got a few spare minutes. I rarely have time or the desire to sit through hour long interviews. If he posted this up as 1 long interview it would probably have half the views EACH 1 of the smaller clips would have so it makes sense.I'm surprised he didn't chop it up into 80 parts.
I will give Vlad props for securing so many hip-hop and celebrity interviews from such a wide range and background, but I will say he sucks as an inteviewer and the flashback Family Guy cutaway shyt is beyond annoying at this point, as does the chopping the shyt into so many pieces you feel like you're putting together a jigsaw puzzle. I understand it's better promotion and more profitable to do it that way, but it in no way enhances the viewing experience.
As far as Keefe, aside from Trayvon, there's really nobody else Vlad could go interview with ties to the Pac murder and saga. Maybe a jail interview from Michael Reed Dorrough, but that's about it that I can think of. Everybody else he hasn't spoken to by now is dead.
Yeah, on the podcast Reggie suggested he interviews Big C Style and Gene Deal. I think both of those would do big numbers. Eventually I feel like C-Gutta will be on there as well. He's gonna gradually transition from Pac's murder to Biggie's. I always felt the Biggie murder was more complex and interesting because Pac's was pretty cut and dry. Biggie's has a few wrinkles in it. But I get why he obsesses over Pac being that Pac's fan base is more wide reaching.
I am legit taken aback that y'all are surprised Keefe D did this interview.
Like, the man is trying to sell a book....you hit up as many media outlets that will have you as possible....and Lord knows not many larger platforms would care about his story like that.
He seen Mob James and Reggie and all them nikkas go to Vlad's punk ass and was prollee like"why not?"
LOL, it's really not that shocking, seems like a business decision.![]()
Maybe you’re right. His Pac obsession is reaching Fatal Attraction level. I think it’s not just Pac but Suge too. I still think he’ll have people on about Biggie but yeah his channel basically functions as a Pac fan site and sprinkled in some street stories and current events with Lord Jamar and the comedian nikka.I doubt it. Vladtv is pretty much built around Vlad's interest, as he stated on the podcast, and it's evident based on the content. He's never showed that type of interest in Biggie. He may be comfortable with what he already has, as both Greg and Reggie believe Poochie did it.
Let's say he did get some of Big's people on there. I truly believe he would just turn it into a Pac interview like he always does. He gets Jon B. He turns it into being about Pac. Jermaine Hopkins? Pac interview. He somehow gets Guy Torry, Reginald Ballard, etc talking about Pac.
He's a westcoast guy, and a huge Pac fan. His biggest mixtape was a Pac mixtape. He's similar to any fans that follow those small youtube pages dedicated to Pac. You can hear the same story a million times and still find it entertaining.
I listened to the podcast today. Reggie can suggest, but if Vlad isn't interested, it doesn't matter. I thought Spider Loc would be great on Vladtv due to his history with Deathrow/G-Unit, but Vlad won't interview him. Reggie tried to help, and Vlad still declined.
I dont think he’s as much of a Pac fan as he is obsessed with Pac’s story. He’s done some straight greasy shyt in Pac’s name for me to really look at him as a fan. He’s more fascinated with Pac than anything.Maybe you’re right. His Pac obsession is reaching Fatal Attraction level. I think it’s not just Pac but Suge too. It’s not about objectively criticizing Pac. It’s certain shyt that he does that’s greasy. That whole campaign he did with Nip vs Pac for a few months. Him lying about what was in Pac’s bank account when he died and him changing the number with every person he interviewed. Him giving Ayanna Jackson the time of day. He lies based on the person he’s speaking to.He's a huge fan.
Hell I'm a huge fan, but I can objectively say some shyt about Pac that would make you think otherwise.
Vlad: " Alright. Here we go. Think we have one of the most controversial figures in hip hop right now. Keefe D is in the building. How's everything?"
Keefe D: "I'm alright..... and how I am controversial?"
Vlad: "You're pretty controversial. You're pretty controversial"![]()
doing Pac is probably a lot easier because Vlad is in LA and he can have them go to his studio...Yeah, on the podcast Reggie suggested he interviews Big C Style and Gene Deal.
