GKMC will be looked at as THE album that brought lyricism back to the mainstream.. the timing of the release made it stand out that much more since it was such a departure and breathe of fresh air from what was successful in commerical hip-hop at the time..

real and good kid are probably in my three favorites with bytch Dont Kill... It was a good album...top 5 the last 5 years maybe. I give it a legit 8.5/10 but not really a classic. For some reason it just didnt leave me wanting to listen over and over like a watch the throne, my beautiful dark twisted fantasy or even Ambition. I dont even memorize the tracks...maybe like 2. But add Greatest Story Never Told and thats my top 5 in the last few years.
