I was dealing with the same type on and off for 3 years.

Recently she accused me of having "secret IG" account for looking at "IG models" and "booties". I asked her what evidence she has to support her claims against me. She wouldn't tell me, but played a psychological game with me. She said "in time, I'll expose you" to me. I took this as a threat, but I quietly stopped talking to her. Then she got super defensive about me ignoring her. She then said to me that "she was playing" the whole time about the IG account, and accused me of not being "there for her" emotionally. She twisted everything back to her and painted me the fault guy. She's done countless of other bs like this before. She suffers from past traumatic issues that caused her depression.

This is girl I'm facing is literally crazy, and I started saving the texts, and voice notes. I'm planning my exit strategically because if I walk-out suddenly I know she'll accuse me of something. The next guy can deal with her baggage's, I'm out.

When she is criticizing you is she coming with an energy like "im not trying to change you, I'm wanting to do whatever it takes to get you back to how you were because I can tell you've lost focus on your goals and appear really sad/different and I want to support you" ? Is she pushing you to be a better version of who you are and have always been?

Is she bringing knowledge and positivity into your life? Does she respect your passions and right to enjoy them even if she doesn't share them?

Most of the women these dudes end up committing to dont give them ANY OF THAT shyt. When you're going through hard times, your girl should react one of 3 ways:
1. Reaching out to an old trusted friend of yours to contact you to check in.
2. Leaving you the fukk alone and telling you 'I know you need space and ill give you that so that you can get back on track
3. Asking 'is there anything I can do to help?'

Don't be afraid to walk away. That's the difference between men and women, men are scared to walk away because getting a woman is an investment in time and effort, whereas literally all she has to do is agree to go out with you. Women acutely understand the difference between a man they want to commit to and a man they don't. A lot of men are woefully ignorant when it comes to this.
