Keith Lee skips posting most reviews of D.C. restaurants "It's not constructive"

DC has good restaurants.

Clydes, Solace, Le Diplomate, Pastis, Uncle Julios out Bethesda has bomb tacos.

I find a new spot every time I go

I was at D’Leña and Milk and Honey when I was in DC had excellent meals at both

I had some DC takeout Chinese with mumbo sauce. It’s regular Chinese takeout taste no different than NYC mumbo sauce was cool nothing crazy.

I feel there’s too much fine dining and ethnic cuisines and fusion spots in the DC area to say the food is trash or catered to drinking.

These guys palate whether it’s him or Peaks (whose much more entertaining and humble) are limited and they go to places that make no sense there’s no reason for a food reviewer to be going to random take outs spots with a 3.5 across review platforms shyt is clearly mid

To then go to these spots and try to characterize a whole city is crazy.

He went to the wrong places. There's a whole bunch of good restaurants in DC. Whether you want Indian, Afghan, Spanish (Tapas), Ethiopian, Peruvian, Korean, Japanese, they are all well represented and a lot of those restaurants serve good food. Korean food in the DMV from hearing other Koreans have said it's the best in the country, or as good as Queens and in LA.

I think it's fair game if he gives a negative review. They want the boost from a good review but not the heat from a bad one.

That one place gave him fish cooked in the same grease they made the shellfish in. He's allergic to shellfish. That could've landed him in the hospital. He should he name them.

Dude showed his true colors at the BET Awards . At the end of the day, he chose the path of being a "food reviewer" instead of grappling in the octagon. He knows the deal with some of these places. I wish these food review head asses like Chime and em realize that some of those spots clean money if ya dig.

Anyone from here knows that Baltimore is the superior food city in the area. DC is super underwhelming. Either the shyt is mid or the portions are trash for the high price.

NYC, Boston, Baltimore, can’t speak on Philly but those three alone are way better than DC.
