First time I saw the fight I thought Garcia just got lucky outta nowhere and Khan was destroying him. After watching a few more times I noticed Garcia was blocking a lot of what Khan threw and hitting him with a counter or two in the exchanges...You could actually see Khan's demeanor change as each round progressed cause he was getting hit flush in the face every time he came in with the pitter pat combos. Here goes the edit I did to all the punches I could see landing from both fighters.

Could happen. Could also go the other way, Tim's a brutal body puncher and has a much tighter style than Porter. But yea his punch resistance seems to be getting less and less.
