Is the phrase "Black Lives Matter" really that abstract to people

It's purpose is to reinforce the idea black lives are valuable too, since society treats us like we don't matter. fukk all this "what about me?" shyt when other groups have it better than blacks in this country; yeah, we know your life fukking matters, because life finds a way to give us a reminder of that fact almost daily. Saying "All lives matter" drowns out the message we're trying to get across at worst, and is just plain unnecessary at best.
