While in finland , 700 postal workers went on strike which caused the entire transportation sector to also go on strike in order to support them.

They got their benefits back and finland prime Minister had to resigned.

Americans keep getting cuckold by these companies.

LOL. Cot damn America is just barreling downhill. This mentality is so pathetic how it always has to be one or the other.

As if there's no other way to generate profits other than treating employees like shyt. How about actual growth or finding more efficient ways to develop products. Raising your prices. shyt threes endless ways

You right it's not one way or the other. Smart companies are ALWAYS looking for ways to become more efficient AND cut costs. Number one cost for a business is labor.

I know cats that work at Kellogg's right now. I got one boy who is 32 he's been on strike. And another cat that's 43 that's been working throughout.

My boy that's on strike is young enough to either move up, or move on, so he's striking to get shyt better so cats can actually retire.

My boy who's 43 has been there so long he just punches in and goes home. It doesn't help that 2 divorces pretty much raped him. He does not want to start over somewhere else. He's not gonna get the wages he has now, especially with being forced ot, seniority or anything.

I own stock yes but I'd rather see them improve pay and benefits cause that should inherently mean this company I'm invested in is doing better overall as a whole to the point they can properly reinvest themselves, I don't want to invest in a company treating its own workers like shyt , or like at the very least they need to have a good culture the average Joe can push themselves and succeed in. Going after unrealistic goals just seems reckless as shyt to me.
lmao time for you to come to the reality of capitalism breh.

This sounds like hell

But this doesn’t sound that bad

Holy shyt. I'm VERY close to this. The tenured folks working in the plants were making 85k - 100k easy. You can't get jobs like that with just a high school diploma and no skills anymore. This about to get ugly for a lot of folks.

They will have ZERO problems filling those roles as I know numerous people who been praying to get on at one of them plants.

I’m confused

Why does everyone say this like they all owners of Fortune 500 companies?

You could literrally say that about 90% of jobs. Chris Cuomo suing for losing his job and he was making millions.

The problem is worker rights have been eroded since atleast Neo-Con Clinton started globalizing American jobs.

Nah, that was Reagan.

But,you right: The Coli adopted the mindsets of these vulture Capitalists to become an oppressor of the working class. People aspire to live out thwie Cash Money fantasies from their childhood years, at the expense of everyone else.
