I wonder if they will bring back any union members who decide to stop striking. It doesn't say they won't.

This shyt gonna backfire on the union. It's one thing to strike at a skilled labor job, this shyt is 100% unskilled. Them replacements couldn't get they asses to those plants fast enough brehs, shyt was comical. Them temp OT requirements are what folks making 35k in those areas already been putting up with in the pandemic, they sure as hell would sign up for the same but with double the pay. :russ:

The Kellogg’s here are hiring for $25 dollars an hour, so I could only imagine how much they’re making in other states. Those jobs are about to get filled with the quickness and the new employees could care less about the ones that are out on strike.

Every man for themselves. If you don’t want to work those hours, then someone else gladly will.

I own stock yes but I'd rather see them improve pay and benefits cause that should inherently mean this company I'm invested in is doing better overall as a whole to the point they can properly reinvest themselves, I don't want to invest in a company treating its own workers like shyt , or like at the very least they need to have a good culture the average Joe can push themselves and succeed in. Going after unrealistic goals just seems reckless as shyt to me.

If that’s your mentality, then the stock game isn’t for you breh :mjlol:

Watch Kellogs make ceral like $10 a box now after this...:beli: going outta business edition...
There are too many equivalent alternatives to charge that much more. People would quickly find a replacement, especially considering how much of their customer base probably includes low income citizens. But I wouldn’t be surprised with a sneaky little $1 increase or if they start putting less cereal in the boxes.

Companies love creating smaller packaging and selling for the original price… and I feel like half the time we don’t even notice it.

Nah, that was Reagan.

But,you right: The Coli adopted the mindsets of these vulture Capitalists to become an oppressor of the working class. People aspire to live out thwie Cash Money fantasies from their childhood years, at the expense of everyone else.

Unless you're an engineer or certain tradesmen, all our jobs disappearing within the next 100 years.

Even now, what's really a skilled job that's not replaceble?

I thought their was a doctor shortage and they fired them over the COVID shot. Hospitals are closing like I never believed they could.
