I agree with the consensus that Raisin Bran Crunch and the Special K joints(Red Berries GOAT; Fruit & Yogurt is good also) are the best adult cereals on the market. They make up a large majority of my diet as well; so much that I buy the bulk box(2 Boxes in 1) for about 6.50 at Sam's Club.
Eating bacon, eggs, sausage(greasy shyt) and biscuits every morning will make your blood pressure and blood sugar sky high and put weight on you very quickly, especially if you're an endomorph.
Whether you eat RBC, The Special K joints or Fruity Pebbles, Fruit Loops or Apple Jacks (IMHO, all WOATS), A bowl of cereal daily will help you live longer.
