NY sports media is trash. Difference is, us New Yorkers say it is. Jets beat tried to make an article about the lack of players who said goodbye to Jamal Adams on social media. Jets fans ripped the writer a new one. In Boston, their fans would eat it up.

Thats the difference. Theres an audience for Boston fans trash. New York fans dont obsess over former players. They dont care.

Breh, there are Boston fans who want to run fades on a lot of those beat writers and sports talk hosts. You can cherry pick fans who like that shyt, I can do the same for NY fans too. If there wasn't an audience in NY for those shytty writers and talk show hosts, they wouldn't be a success as they are now. I am a big time Kemba fan ever since he came out of HS. and although I have been critical of Kyrie in the past, I am not going to sit here and bash him just to prop Kemba up even more. Kyrie is a great talent, he just has to put it together as a leader. No ones perfect. Kemba been that leader type dude since HS. Kyrie was more of a superstar his entire career so he has some selfish tendencies. I really hope he can do some good work in BK with KD. its a growing process and some mature faster than others. it also should be noted that Kemba is one of those guys that is just likable. Everyone likes him..and thats hard to come by for any of these guys. You can say that about Steph, but you cant say that about too many others. Everybody dont like Bron, KD, Harden, etc...

There’s comparisons and then there’s beat writers going out of their way to discuss him after every single game. He missed the GW shot on opening night after dropping 50 and they damn near popped bottles. He moved on, y’all (supposedly) moved on, Celtic players said he was a great teammate, so enough with the weirdo shyt.
