All these GMs keep signing marginal rosters to big contracts, and all the same GMs continue making these kinds of desperation moves to reverse their initial financial mistakes.

The Hornets definitely need a fresh start and a rebuilt core from top to bottom. But they just now are realizing they have to trade Kemba in order to move the contracts of other players (who they signed to ridiculous deals to build around Kemba).
