I actually met Don Frye earlier this year. I did a seminar with Bas Rutten and Duane Ludwig. Frye looked good but I know he had some CRAZY shyt going on. Financial issues, a divorce. He attempted a suicide by cop until the cops talked him down. Dude is a legend. I love the sport and hope these dudes can land on their feet but IDK.

What promotion is he part of though? Did he come back to WWE or is that AEW?

He came back for a one-off match with Moose for Impact! Wrestling's "Bound For Glory" pay-per-view.

Got around to checking the match out the other night. It was pretty bad, but Ken Shamrock is 55 years old. You could tell that he was gassed out quickly.

HOWEVER, for a 55-year old....





Moose saved his life on the catch, but Shamrock can still get busy in spurts. Just not built for endurance anymore.
