She's actuallygetting paid less than what I was a month, for once I think the amount he had to pay was fair. But i'm still not supportive of child support, why can't folks come to an agreement without the courts?

YES....
Bad credit will hit a millionaire much harder than it would any of us. If he's paying a car note then he's clearly not paying cash for everything, so yes his credit plays a factor. If a lender sees a dude with that much money and bad credit wants to finance something its almost a guarantee they will rape him.

when people say "i dont agree with child support" it leads me to believe that person thinks children are free and spring from their fathers foreheads full grown or that you disagree that a noncustodial parent should have to contribute anything whatsoever to his or her biological child if they arent still in a relationship with the other parent.

This is my first time ever making a remark about child support on this whole forum. I was only saying that the court shouldn't be used to dictate what happens between a mother and father and any disputes they have over their children. Nobody should have to babysit 2 adults.

Credit to buy a car is different than your typical beacon score
