To add, it's rumored that it cost about $700k in payola money to get Thrift Shop to blow up the way it did. An artists would be much better taking that $250k-$400k and using it for payola than paying for a feature that expensive.

I doubt Fredo Santana paid that much for his feature tho. This must be for actual albums or something.

I refuse to believe that. No label is paying Kendrick fukkin Lamar damn near half a million dollars for a verse when they won't even shell out dough to clear samples. If he's charging that, what's Drake, Ye, or Hov charging? A mil for a 16? Nah.

Hov and Ye verses shouldn't go for a lot more then a Kendrick verse.
