gkmc is widely considered as a classic and a lot of people LOVE his music.
He is just not for you, but he indeed dropped amazing music.
There's a difference between personal taste and judging quality. There really isn't an argument to make that is going to convince the industry that this isn't a great album, "I didn't like it" isn't a valid reason. The album executed a brilliant concept maintaining fluidity and flow throughout (despite using many different producers - an impressive accomplishment). The lyrics were strong. There was creativity and personality sprinkled into the theme. Maybe not everyone's taste, but that doesn't take away from its quality.

I've been hyping this dude up for some time now...Vindicated. Now it's time to watch them bandwagons roll up round here.Eh, sort of. While everyone else is getting on the radio by getting Drake for a hook, Kendrick just got him for a verse. That actually made me respect the move that much more. Drake didn't make the song his own, he just came through and laid a verse. I think it's digestible enough for radio, but it didn't feel like a typical radio song. Just my opinion though
