Im not even a big Kendrick fan like that but I saw him at a music festival when I wasn’t really fukking with none of his music outside that first cd, but man he stole the show because his performing is top notch. That audio did him a complete disservice to whoever has never seen him in person. I couldn’t hear a lot of shyt he was saying, that ain’t his fault tho

I was hoping for a 10 but it was still a 9 overall to me. The audio was trash. But Kenny did get a little tired at first. Think he prolly warmed up too much backstage. Or didn't warm up enough. Homie was straight huffin once "man at the garden" came on ....But luckily he got a 2nd wind and closed it out strong.

Another criticism is that he was skipping too many words at times. So the lyrics were hard to follow. He should have substituted safe words instead of skipping them altogether. Those are my main complaints but overall it was a banger. And it gets better with every rewatch. The visuals and lighting were sexy as fukk. The blunt tint was elegant. All the symbolism. The NLU buildup. We already knew that was gonna be the climax. Above everything else, Kendrick had to deliver on that part. And he did that. It couldn't have been executed any better.
