If you are feeling Kendrick Lamar’s new single “Humble.,” where he snaps over Mike WiLL Made-It production, there’s more where that came from.

The Atlanta producer recently sat down with Power 105’s The Breakfast Club, where he talked about stepping out of the box, as far as who he works with. “I got something coming this week, and I got two more on that project,” Mike added. The subliminal warning of things to come coincides with the release of the K. Dot collab.

The Compton rapper first announced Cornrow Kenny season would soon be upon us last week, when he put up a picture on Instagram that only contained the Roman numeral IV. Later that day, he put out the single “The Heart Part 4,” where he goes at an unnamed rapper many are speculating is Big Sean.

Earlier this week, he dropped the “Humble” video where he recreates The Last Supper. Lamar definitely has the ears of the masses, even if some people aren’t feeling it.

He and Mike Will previously linked up on the Ransom 2 track “Perfect Pint” and the song “Buy the World” off Ransom.

Check out the full interview below, where the A-Town beat maker also talks producing for Katy Perry and the ascension of his proteges Rae Sremmurd.

why not bruh? I mean he has the critically acclaim and has cemented himself in history. Why not go after the charts now and run the clubs. I aint even mad, he's going to eat.

I don't even know how to feel about a straight banger K.Dot album:wow: so much of his output has been exquisitely crafted "soul" music that that's what I've come to expect. I'm hoping for How Much A Dollar Cost part 2 but King Kendrick about to drop straight heaters like Compton and Money Trees for an entire project...

My Body Isn't Ready:wow:

I'm starting to notice more and more people saying TPAB is his best album :jbhmm:

Solid album but I think I still prefer GKMC and Section 80. If he comes through again I think he's cracking my top 10 all time. Not many artists that have 4 really good albums
TPAB is objectively his best. People hated it at first but later on they all noticed how dope it is. On first listen it was an instant classic to me and immediately better than GKMC and s80. I felt this because as someone who listens to music that spans across all genres and international music too I was able to formulate that opinion. TPAB contains some on the best jazz elements I have ever heard and its comfortably the greatest produced rap album of all time alongside Madvillainy.

Can you imagine these the puppies act if they was alive when De La Soul 3 feet and Rising dropped :martin:

If you don't appreciate TPAB you sure in the hell wouldn't appreciate 3 feet
Man if you don't appreciate TPAB, you certainly wont be able to appreciate Madvillainy, Liquid Swords, MBDTF and Undun.

Of corse it will be. Who will bet against that.

Unless drake or Beyoncé or an artist putting up those kinda numbers is dropping same week a number 1 is a guarantee
its impressive considering Ed Sheeran and Drake two of the biggest male music stars just dropped.
