It seems like his fan base is dwindling. The people that do like him, like him a lot, but the general person doesn't care. I don't see people talk about him on twitter anymore etc. his popularity is fading and I don't think it'll come back

Literally the next post afterPeople just want KL to be the anti-rap artist they can feel good about, but he barely delivers ENOUGH to be universally regarded as such. Thats why whites love him so much but the black community is just "meh"
We know great shyt when we hear it. KL's album wasn't bad by any regard, but he doesn't cater to black audience as much as his music would make you think.
Its hard to explain.
I love dude and his music (despite what the Coli says) and I think TPAB is way better than GKMC...but some of his PR is absurdly suspect but I can't put my finger on it![]()

And those casual fans will be right back on the wagon as soon as his next album features 808 drums between 120-150 BPM again...like the "bangers" found on GKMCFanbase is just fine, dudes almost at 800k sold with album like tpab
Lost some casual fans i guess but ended up making one of the most acclaimed, incredible albums we've seen in a while![]()

We were the ones that got the most hype at the possibility of a Kendrick x Cole album when those Black Friday tracks dropped. Some of the white kids you're referring to were probably like "c00ndrick and J. Snore album? My recycling bin is about to feast fam.
" or "shyt is trash and I haven't even listened to it yet
#trashbinclassics".
