They're saying nokia wouldn't have reached 1 regardless, due to luther now gaining even more radio points. And Nokia actually started seeing his streams decrease on spotify, when luther was actually being stable.

Plus the GNX tour is coming.

Clearly, a music video for luther wasn't needed for it to remain the #1 song.
