nikka influenced some of the greatest artists ever, 30 years into their career, and literally revived the LA jazz scene, an entire genre on his own :jbhmm:
Then its quite impressive that the least "influential superstar" managed to influence David Bowie last album, Prince last album, Herbie Hancock, George Clinton, Beyonce, Chuck D,... you know, the actual goat artists and musicians in music history

You two posted damn near the same talking points.
lol

That said, no one plays his music anywhere.
Its not on sirius xm, not on local radios, maybe they play it alot in California and the west coast, you don't see people really singing or listening to his music at all.

He is supposedly huge and the biggest ever with no real fanbase that shows it.
His biggest hit was the Drake diss and that was excellent. Loved their battle. But you can see he has never had the influence as prime Drake, Nelly, DMX, Cash Money, Lil Wayne, No Limit, Outkast, Bone, Snoop, Biggie, Mase, LL, or Tupac.

Its like its smoke and mirrors.

Everything about this post is wrong, literally everything... and his biggest hit isn't even Not Like Us, thats not even his 2nd biggest song :dead:
I've literally seen more people play his music than anybody else before him, and I was there to witness Biggie and Pac.

lol.
I've never seen anyone , well atleast not black americans, play his music more than the people I named during their primes.

There wasn't a place you could go in 2003 - 2006 where you wernt hearing Nelly. blacks, white, everyone. Drake's era same.
Kendrick's music isn't really crossover music and it isn't hugely popular outside not like us or DAMN. Those are about the only 2 songs I really hear people play at family events or similar. On the flip side, you will hear nelly, drake, clean/radio versions of the others.

Its just strange to me.
