If this was 1985:camby:

That's bullsh!t, they created music that has not only been enduring but was used to spur the success of hip-hop in an era where hip-hop grew to take the #1 position in the popular music landscape

:ohhh:

George Clinton
Ron isley
Slick Rick
Pete Rock
possibly Prince

Them features :ohhh:
this nikka went to the way back machine :wow: this gonna be one hell of a album brehs :banderas:

corny contrived shyt reaching for "legacy" instead creating dope music

I hate little shyt like this.
say the music isnt dope, before hearing said music, and listen to the album already biased against the artist, brehs

Exactly . . if anything this shows great musical growth, the fact that he's bringing in real musicians that are ICONS to come in and make NEW MUSIC . . for the world! rather than having no-name studio musicians come in to replay a sample, without letting them stray off-course because they don't want to give the struggling studio musician a chance to get a contributing writing credit for laying down a better bassline than the one he's being asked to recreate

how can people hate on this.....

:scust:

some dudes love the same ol feature's:camby:

KdotL:blessed:

Some people sound as if they were expecting Kendrick to collaborate with unheard of bum rappers off the street. OR if he would've just thrown Schoolboy Q on there they'd be all :obama: about it
