I think questioning god is normal for any young person,til sumthing bad happens....I think his music questions god a lot less after the shooting off top of my head....he believes in god just not the idea of heaven and sum of the bible

Yeah, to me it sounds like he had a superficial belief in A god, but followers in the Abrahamic religions wouldnt agree about the god they see and the one Pac sees. So in essence they wouldnt consider him a believer at all.
I mean when hes talkin about god in his songs he usually portrays him as an out of touch muthafukca that does do shyt or care about the mufukcaz that need him to exist most. He sees that the shyt he's being told about this god simply doesnt add up with the shyt he sees in the world.
