They don't, from what I know Kendrick is free to do what he wants and interscope agreed to finance 5 of his videos, and according to flying lotus, the other videos are financed by TDE & Kdot himself. Well "financed" is a big word since most of the videos are made by the TDE team.

Great video. U was the last song I expected to see a video from. They pulled it off though. Can't wait to see what 2016 has in store for TDE. Apparently the new ScHoolboy Q project is dope.
