Easily Drake and Kendrick.

It counts when you can do it on BOTH levels. If you have dope mixtapes, but your albums have no impact, there's somethin' missin'. What I dig about Kendrick, is he has a pretty dope balance. Dude's effective across the board. Drake turned a mixtape into an album! So these two have kinda already laid down some strong legacies.

Kendrick is so far ahead it's not even funny. OP needs to throw Lupe Fiasco in the title though.

You can say each of them do it on both levels tho. However, K.R.I.T. HAS to bring it on this next album tho.
