the developmental thing that's gotten good enough to be on USA and has consistently had the best PPVs in wrestling?
and yet theyre being hindered by this minor league tag.
nothing that they do in NXT even counts when any of them jump to raw or smackdown.
they could put on a classic show, but then the WWE will still play it off and say that the WWE show the night after was better, even if it was mediocre.
why would I want to put up with that when I could just go to AEW??

look at how many wrestlers passed on the WWE because they weren't trying to 'go back to wrestling school'.
and that was before AEW even existed as an option.
Regardless of how anyone personally feels about NXT, the fact of the matter is that it's WWE's developmental territory.

90% of anybody that's worth something that came thru NXT, were already stars in the wrestling world beforehand.
they didn't develop anything in NXT.
that's why a lot of guys passed on the WWE, and theyre definitely gonna pass now that they can just go to AEW instead for the big bag.
and nevermind the fact that NXT shows are better than the main roster, and the takeovers are much better than the WWE ppvs.
