this is territorial war, not lame ass guerilla tic tacs. there's an objective and end goal. you cant tag and hide. Kenya will confiscate and claim the turf and Somalia will be reduced to petty 'attacks' with zero intent on control. kinda of like Hamas and Israel. Hamas can send a million rockets, they're not getting Tel Aviv EVER. They have no army, airforce or post command for such an operation or occupation.
