That country needs so many more educational resources man. Not in terms of just learning material like books and internet, but things like Voltmeters, Ammeters, etc. Actually give kids lab equipment to experiment with. A lot of good minds come from that nation.
It's no different from how people say farmers around the world make good engineers and scientists because they're close to the actual nature day-to-day. You just need to give them to equipment because they got the playground, time and curiosity.

i dont wanna rain on anyones parade or anything but thats not how electricity works. energy cant be created or destroyed for starters and hes using the same multimeter i use when i fix cell phones
