I said the EXACT same thing two months ago, and nikkas here called me a c00n for it. They need to give anyone in possession of an illegal firearm 15 years minimum. Also, implement a stop and frisk program. If you're black and look like a thug (I don't care if you're in college and just like dressing that way), cops should pull you over and search you. If a gun is found and that gun isn't registered to you, kiss your black ass goodbye for 15 years. The gun violence would drop overnight.
