she's been to the police and left with no charges so they don't have anything to hold her on including gang activity. that's just a very random and specific question to ask about her.

It's not at all random, she played a part in the murder (wittingly or unwittingly) and usually in such high profile cases I would've expected her identity and pretty much everything the cops know to leak by now. Especially in LA where media has so many sources in LAPD.

Think about how many media outlets want to be the first to report the details of this high profile case, and none have succeeded in getting her name? It's just interesting.

I'm sympathetic towards him, but if you're on parole and told not to be around bangers, then do it. As a result of him not listening he's been shot, confined to a wheelchair, and violated by his parole officer.

Hopefully they let him go considering his age and plight but this was avoidable.

Like I said before I'm sympathetic, but again had he complied with the parole rules he wouldn't have got shot, wouldn't be in a wheelchair, and wouldn't be back in jail. Hopefully they cut him some slack considering his age and being in a wheelchair. Which would be more slack than the person he murdered twenty years ago got.
