for those that say SNL fell off...shut up.
make a specific observation! people have been saying it fell off for damn near 40 years. that. does. not. make. sense.
research the cast and then check your expectations. ucb? groundlings?
you let a bunch of la kids on the show and expect something that really reps the modern culture? the right people aren't going for it.

SNL had a black female cast member back in the 80's, she was just ok.
Kenan is the longest running black cast member by a long shot, in fact he's had a longer run than I think maybe 3 or 4 people. Kel is AWOL and Jay Pharoah aint at Kenan's level yet.
Also SNL has been the funniest it's been in maybe 7 or 8 years. People saying it's not funny and saying Mad TV was better are on some bs. If you wanna talk about unfunny, The only years Mad TV was the better show was maybe between 96-2000 and 2005-07. Mad TV is dead just like the other live sketch shows that tried to dethrone Saturday Night over it's 40 year history.
