Not gonna change shyt for at least a decade or so. Court is 6-3 for the foreseeable future. Not big on her having a white husband. But I cannot overstate how pivotal it is that we need more black folk involved in studying and practicing law.

The wrong battle to fight. Are You okay having civil rights revoked and having all sorts of racist bills upheld just cause she answered that particular question correctly potentially causing her confirmation to be delayed (or aborted)?
