This past episode was preposterous and the path they are taking with the Followers basically running errands for Joe is not one that can hold my attention because I am already way past giving a fukk about whether that kid ever gets rescued.
I think they would have been better off if he had an organized legion of serial killers committing elaborate murders at his command and the FBI spent their time every week trying to stop them with "mythology" episodes thrown in that shows what Joe's master plan is.
Unlike other shows that are a bit or (I'm thinking Banshee and American Horror Story), this show you'd think would be more smarter and serious and less . I think I'll see how this ends, it's been renewed for another season too.
Watched this last night, it's such a cheap and empty show, hollow characters and writing...I didn't even see how Carroll got out of the feds I assume more followers, then they gather in a rural plantation or some shyt....The only plot device will ever be 'oh he's a follower'..it's an awful show, but it doesn't hurt too watch, almost. The cheap tactic of his kidnapped son is pretty iow brow and offensive...
I must be the only one who really likes this show. Really good acting and the story while not very believable is fun to follow. Reminds me of 24/Prison Break a little
Damn, this show is making me mad. This dude got so many followers. It's like just when you think you got him, another follower pops up out of no where. It's ridiculous!!! The black people don't have a chance on this show. I guess that's another reason why I'm so mad at the show.
