Kevin Durant ....does he even have a real reason to want to leave OKC?

:dahell:Scott Brooks was the problem.

Are we sure?

Are we sure that the stale flat footed iso ball offense was Brooks fault?

I used to be sure

But then toward the end of the season that Portland game happened where Sabo broke his face...and I watched him single handily loose a game whey okc was up by 9 or so points with 3 or 4 minutes left...and he just ran down the floor full speed and bricked jumper after jumper after jumper...letting portland start 2 on 1 fast break after 3 on 2 fast break after 3 on 1 fastbreak...

And I said...how on earth could an NBA player be so stupid? How can he just run down there and shoot the ball in 5 seconds where that is literally the only hope the other team has of winning the game due to the time and score...

And then I thought about all the other times I've seen KD and Sabo do :mindblown: things at the end of games like they have no idea that a shot clock exist or how much time is left in the game...

And then I start to say...is it really brooks fault?:jbhmm: Maybe the offense looks bad because he knows his star players can't run anything else:jbhmm:

Luckily they fired him so now we will get to find out this year:jbhmm:

Best bet for KD would be to sign a one year deal, and then he can decide in the summer of 2017 what he will do when Russell is also a FA

that way he can get the supermax in 2017 too
If he wasn't coming off of a major injury this might be the way to go, but how confident do you think Durant and his advisors are in his body at this point? LeBron had the luxury of doing that move since apparently he's indestructible.

It might be the way for Durant to go regardless, because even if he played and missed major time this season he'd still be able to get a max contract, unless it was some career ending shyt.

Hasn't it already:snoop:
Yes but now the media is gonna have to get the casuals knvested and believing kd wants to leave okc. So what better way then making up that russ and kd hate each other
Any arguement, any missed game winner one of them takes, every loss where either one doesnt perform well, any game where one kf them dominates

Its gonna be predictable

You're lying to yourself. There are far more opportunities in bigger markets than there are in places like OKC, Cleveland...etc..

And that shyt is available to him right now regardless of playing in OKC because he's one of the top players in the world. He has been in OKC his whole career & has more endorsements than anybody else, got that big shoe contract, & even got his own shyt movie. For a guy like LaMarcus Aldridge a place like LA or NY would have presented him with those types of opportunities because he's a second level star type of player who isn't getting national endorsement deals.

No guarantee that Russ stays. So he has to keeping mind that what you sign up for might only last a year longer.

I think he needs a stronger team, On Defense and offense. Him and Russell stay getting hurt about every year and what they need is some good back up.

Is OKC really a contender ahead of the Spurs, Clippers, and Warriors. I mean they still have a lot of question marks. Will Russ and Durant buy into Donovan system after basically coming into the league playing iso ball? They still have too much dog shyt surrounding them. First off why they fukk are they paying Enis Kanter 70 mill? He was so terrible in Utah. Roberson and Adams are still kind of raw and non factors. Ibaka is what he is. Waiters, the fifth worst shooter out the entire league last year, is your #1 wing off the bench.

How many duos have won a title prior to entering their primes/before 25? This is such a nonsensical talking point.
