Me and KD had been going back and forth for years because I've always felt that he was overrated and he gets too much credit for those Golden State Warriors titles. I've always felt Steph was better than him. Anyways, I tweeted something about him getting the benefit of the doubt and he jumped in my dms to ask me about it. We spoke about so much stuff.
He said he wasn't responsible for hiring Nash or getting him fired and that people like to put the coach stuff on him but he has no real input on anything in Brooklyn or Phoenix.
I find him to be a bit irrational. He thinks guys like Bill Simmons and Zach Lowe hate him, despite them loving him.
He seems to never acknowledge the good people say about him, only the bad. He thinks the world is out to get him and paint him in a negative light because he left OKC for GS in 2016.
I told him how I bet on OKC to win the title the year they blew a 3-1 lead and he said that was my fault.
It was a pretty long convo but I told him Curry was better than him and we argued about that for a while. He thinks that he made Curry better.
