How is this like Kobe’s trade request? Kobe made his trade request because Dr. Buss and Mitch didn’t bring in help like they said they would when he re-signed. That forced them to go out there and get Pau. KD has had Kyrie and Harden there in Brooklyn.

Other than the last two seasons AD has only played less than 60 games 1 time in his career(56 games).

And that was 2018-2019 when New Orleans was sitting him because a trade was coming.

So 7 out of his 10 years he's played at least 60 games.

Thats not what happened. It was all emotional. There were negative stories leaked from the lakers organization about Kobe and he flipped. Dr Buss let things blow over and told Kobe that they couldn’t get good value for him. The lakers were solid during that season before Pau and Pau obviously pushed them over the top
