Again, he's a grown man that had every right to choose who he wants to work for and find the best work environment for himself. But man as a fan of the NBA and competition this nikka is consistently proving himself to be the most talented Beta of all time . No wonder Russ refused to cede 'leadership' of the squad to him. Dude wants the benefits of being 'the guy' but not the burden. Had a chance to take down a 73 win team: choked. Could've come back as the likely favorite next year to go take the crown from Bron/Curry: took the easy route. That's why I say he's given up the chance to be seen as an all time great. In his prime, instead of facing the great challenge he ran away from it.

What a disappointment. He is not a leader. He can score and that got him the 'leader' role. Guess we need to accept that not all leading scorers are champions at heart.
