Kevin Durant is this Generations Tracy McGrady. Remember when T-Mac lost a 3-1 Lead?

all those guys had a better supporting cast, and did it in the eastern conference.

If tmac was as good as people portrayed him as, he wouldn't made it out of the first one round in the East at least once. The Magic even had home court advantage in 2002 and Jamal Mashburn didn't play in the playoffs

I can give Tmac a free pass for blowing it against Detroit when his second best player was Gordon Griciek

I can give him a free a pass for losing to Dallas when his third best player was David Wesley or Ryan Bowen :mjlol:

But losing to Utah at home in game 7 is his biggest black mark. Those Utah teams were pretty damn good. Much more physical than the Rockets. And yes, Boozer routinely shytted on Yao, Deron Williams stayed killing the Rockets. But the Rockets were up 5 with like 3 mins to go and in the bonus. Tmac should have stepped on their throats, but he didn't in fact, iirc he was pretty damn passive those last few mins and thats on him :manny:

Great Scorers when it doesn't Matter. Will never win a Championship. No Killer instinct.
Durant lead his team to the finals in 2012, B. :comeon:

McGrady NEVER lead any team past the first round if I'm not mistaken

He played with Vince Carter in Toronto and Grant Hill in Orlando.

:stopitslime:Use your brain... Hill was wildly injury-prone his entire time in Orlando and VC was there only for 2 seasons with TMac. Granted Carter's 2nd year in the league was statistically impressive but he was still rounding out his game; calling him a superstar at that early point in his career is debatable at best.

:jbhmm:Besides, those two didn't exactly achieve any great success together. They went 45-37, got swept in the first round that year, and then TMac left for Orlando in the offseason.

Great regular season scorers, KD might win another regular season MVP even.

With gameplanning in the playoffs and no consistent scoring arsenal when the pace slows down to halfcourt, takes off balanced jumpers, cant get inside as much, relies too much on shooting and he not on that Steph/Dirk/Bird level of shooting.

No post game outside of a 16-18ft fallaway like Karl Malone had. But if that fallaway not dropping

Karl also had many moments in the playoffs, many swing games where Utah couldve won series or taken control where his scoring arsenal that was great in the regular season when defenses arent as tight and the pace is much higher wasnt a problem. But in the playoffs it was and its why Utah never won the title.

The only way he can avoid going ringless like Karl is if he starts working out with Dirk and his shooting coach and does what Dirk did post 2007. From 08-11 Dirk was as unstoppable as any isolation scorer and he murked teams in the playoffs after workin that post game to GOAT levels. If Kevin dont take this shyt serious and think he Steph with the shot all the time he goin down a loser :yeshrug:

i hear this nikka dont even put up like 300 shots or shyt like the Kobes or Dirks or Rays did:scust:Kevins work ethic is gettin questionable to me, weak ass nikka :snoop:

Karl could bang in the post & would knock your ass out.

Somebody said Durant was like this generations Tracy Mcgrady....I think that's a better comparison

Karls post game was very limited. Defenses took away his power in the post and he had to rely on skills which outside that fallaway i mentioned he didnt have anything. If that wasnt falling he couldnt score well

TMac was a good passer and KD aint. He had one of the best handles ever too

KD cant dribble out from the 3pt line without turning it over :mjlol:
