PER is an offensive advanced stat and it has its on flaws. Lol @ basing everything on PER.

Out of pure curiosity can anyone tell me who important the Thunder have signed in free agency since 2007? KD knows damn well they aren't doing anything major, he's been around long enough to know the plan.

Sonics were rebuilding in 2007. They traded Ray Allen and let Rashard Lewis leave.

2008 on after moving they have just been building through the draft. Presti has drafted a lot of prospects and Brooks needs to start playing them and will be forced to do so with the choices on the roster not being veterans.
