It’s just kind of sad, these people who have given up on finding love. You can have all the money and success in the world but be terribly lonely. Not that relationships guarantee happiness or even protection from loneliness but when I hear talk like this it just sounds like someone resigned to being without love. I really think more people should try to imagine how they want to look back on their life when they are on their deathbed. A life of love just sounds richer than money to me. But I know not everyone agrees.
