Luckily he won’t have to worry about it. Y’all don’t watch enough rockets game. Amen doesn’t do that. His halfcourt game is in need of heavy development. It’s not even amen shot that stops him, but his handles. He’s not confident in his own handles inthe halfcourt game.

This is what he needs to be working on. I’m happy he’s a hard worker but until I see Amen improve in the halfcourt setting, I can’t full buy into it. He has the issues as Jalen green in halfcourt but more pronounced because he can’t beat his man one on one unless they’re already off balance .

They tried the Amen point guard early inhis career and scratched that project and haven’t gone back to it. And won’t.

Obviously if Amen is still just a rich man's Shawn Marion next year, we'll still just be a 2nd round team at best.

i.e. Are we better than the versions of the Nuggets and Clippers we saw last year in rounds 1 and 2? Probably not.

Far as defensive ratings, Jalen Green ranked #16 in the entire league last year.A very respectable 107.3.Not too shabby.

Green defense wasn’t a weakness. he was one of the top in the nba at his position.

Man the good think about this Kd acquisition is it’ll stop the stupid assumptions about this team.

I seen a tweet earlier today from the Bulls media member talking about the Bulls being heavily interest trading for Whitmore. He went on to say that this was an all defense move as Cams offense needs works and he’s defender.

That’s like the compete opposite of Cam. Defense was the main reason that Ime didn’t play him.

i was thinking that too. But I think we need to step back and not focus so much on what happened in Phoenix. Phoenix was a disaster that made me look at Durant differently. Almost like an empty stats guy. 50-40-90 but no wins to show for it. But in Houston, Jalen Green was only averaging like 8 pts a game. At least Durant will bring efficiency and better shooting. The culture in Houston is set. Durant just needs to sit at the table and eat. You ain't gotta come in and add your seasoning and change the menu up.
