Most ppl dont know that the courts put britney spears under a conservatorship years ago due to her mental issues. Meaning her father was appointed full control and responsibility over her and she can't do simple shyt like make a purchase or go to the store without permission. She can't even touch that money her damn self unless her dad allows it..
