People like to say they fast but then rehydrate and get electrolytes at night
to each their own but im good on dry fasts. A dry fasts only takes a couple of days into it to reap all the benefits like cell regeneration etc. don't know why someone would attempt multiple weeks on a dry fasts. A water fast is best for multiple weeks but intermittent fasting is easier and more practical.
there's lots of Indian gurus who have made similar claims. Things like they only ate sunlight for years etc lol
