I have 2 different friends one is a woman.
She had a 3 year old girl, they were playing around tickling each other, the little girl grabbed moms stomach and let out an innocent childish giggle and said "Mamas tummy feels like bubble gum!" She said she barely made it out of the room before she burst into tears. Her stomach is on point now. Not only does she have abs and perfect bikini line and all that but based looking at her stomach you'd never know she had kids.
My boys kid told him he was fat. He went from 230-240 to like 170.

My diet is fish(salmon, sardines), vegetables , quinoa, avocado, tomstos.
For lunch..salad bar..tuna, mixture of veggies.
Every two weeks, I will drop by a local pizza spot n get two big slices...I. cant give up pizza.

whars crazy that it’s just alcohol for me. I actually don’t eat that bad. I just had salmon and eggs for dinner, drink mostly water or low carb drinks, etc.
I don’t even think i ate anything before that other than a chicken sandwich and some turkey.
if I didn’t drink so much I’d probably be in great shape even without hitting the gym like crazy
